I think this bakery is great, but the pastries have lost their quality. The raspberry shortbread with chocolate instead of pastry cream isn't to my taste; it ruins the whole chocolate base! And the Paris-Brest isn't as good as it used to be. The praline isn't good; it has an aftertaste. It's a shame. Go back to your old recipes, which were excellent! 😀

Honestly, if you need to eat a balanced diet, these sandwiches are super good, go for it without hesitation! I don't understand the negative comments; every time it's a delight, it's fresh, it's good, go for it! It's healthier than a kebab, and the desserts are great too. Enjoy your meal, guys!
