The wait is always endless, especially when the staff are on break and are replaced by someone who doesn't know how to use the FDJ (French National Lottery). It's unacceptable, and goodbye, I'll take my money elsewhere.

It's pathetic, aren't you ashamed? This person is all alone, she has to do the lottery, horse racing bets, and bar service, and on top of that, she's making crepes and handling the cash register. Are you serious? A queue stretching into the mall for sandwiches, six people waiting at the scratch-off lottery, two of whom have already left (anyway, it doesn't matter to you, you don't care about your customers, the money keeps coming in). And the poor woman is all alone. I understand better now why you're desperately looking for staff at Leclerc Saint Douchard. If you exploit your staff like you do in your restaurant, I'm not surprised at all.

Pleasant and courteous staff, good value for money. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but for the price it's very acceptable. Recommended.

Having eaten there regularly during my year working nearby, I was always satisfied with the value for money, the cleanliness, and the service. However, the queue could be better managed, with some people waiting to eat and others waiting for scratch cards/lottery tickets, and there's a slight lack of choice on the menu: you quickly run out of options if you eat there often.

It's a shame, it was very good, and yet they no longer offer the DIY salads; that was the little extra something the store wanted to do.

We used to eat amazing build-your-own salads, and now they've replaced them all with ready-made meals… So disappointed.

I'm having trouble understanding the comments. I've been there several times over the past few years and it's always great. As for the food, it's excellent value for money. Honestly, whether it's the desserts, the sandwiches, or even the salads, everything has always been delicious and fresh. Regarding the service, I did encounter a young man once recently where the welcome or the bagging of the products wasn't exactly top-notch, but the lady is always smiling and pleasant. I'm still giving it 5 stars because just one time it wasn't "perfect" doesn't change my opinion of the place. In short, buying my picnic there is a real pleasure!

Hello, hygiene is nonexistent. The young boy, with his dirty hair, wears blue gloves to clean with a makeshift sponge, and with the same gloves, he moves the cakes around. His response? I learned about it this way, laughing in my face. I reported it to the main checkout, but she just laughed as we walked by. I advise everyone against shopping there while he's in place; it's a disgrace.

The sandwich price was OK. But let me talk about the games. What's the point of having a scratch-off and lottery area if all you're going to do is make customers wait? I understand that customers in line should have priority, but when one of the three saleswomen is busy serving the only customer, the other two could have come to serve me, but no, they ignore the games counter hoping the person will turn around and leave. That's the last straw. No more sandwiches for me; I won't be going back.
