There was a communication problem between the till and the kitchen, so there was a 20-minute wait. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly. Good luck, they're keeping the shop open.

A very warm welcome, smiling and friendly from all the staff, which is great! But the all-you-can-eat snacks were lukewarm... almost cold, unfortunately. That's the only downside I could find; otherwise, everything was clean.

Great atmosphere, very pleasant and friendly staff, always smiling! The only downside was the size of my chicken fillet, which was too small for me! But otherwise, I'd gladly go back.

The only place I go... It's okay (depending on who's serving). You have to find the right team.

I highly recommend the mussels 🍟 However, not having ice cubes available during the heatwave (the machine is broken) is a real problem. It's been broken for a while now; a replacement is definitely needed 😰

Avoid at all costs. We ordered a rare steak and grilled chicken. The steak was medium, the chicken rare... The cook brushed me off, saying he had the steak listed as medium. The manager who took our order said "hello" as if I were his assistant, even though he apologized—it was unacceptable. The cook remade the steak, and when I mentioned the chicken, he said it was possible. He clearly didn't care. Absolutely unacceptable.

Really disappointed once again with this Flunch...we went to the till, forgot to mention it was my birthday week, and when we asked a manager if we could still enjoy the free cake, he literally brushed us off, saying we should have mentioned it at the till beforehand...as for the rest, the XL burgers didn't look XL at all, and the egg on the burger, which was supposed to be runny, had a hard-boiled yolk...in short, thanks Flunch for your lack of consideration for a customer who simply forgot to mention something at the till...for me, this will be the last time at this Flunch.

Absolutely inedible. The ice cream was made with expired fruit they'd scavenge from the cafeteria's dessert buffet and served instead of a sundae. The ice cream was half-thawed, and the cookie pieces were completely stale. In short, I put my untouched ice creams on the counter and left. Apparently, no one seems bothered; they must be used to this kind of food.

It's just a Flunch, it's not the Tour d'Argent.
