Very friendly, lovely staff who are attentive and very helpful

My partner and I went there today, the service was quick, the sandwiches were excellent, and I sincerely thank the young woman who offered to change my gloves since she had just touched meat (a small gesture as a vegetarian that is extremely appreciated and which we don't often receive). So thank you again to this young woman :)

I ordered a buy-one-get-one-free offer on Uber Eats, went there of my own volition, waited 30 minutes, only to be told they couldn't do anything despite having my receipt. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Fantastic service at the Subway in Bourges! This team of three was incredibly kind, they even chopped tomatoes just for us 😏 (shout-out to the young mixed-race man lol), a perfect welcome... As always, never disappointed, always attentive to the customer. Top-notch, thank you!!!

Sunday, 8:30 PM "Out of Stock" and Rude Staff We wish we had been informed beforehand that the raw vegetables and half the drinks were out of stock. After we pointed this out, they brushed us off, saying they didn't have time to cut cucumbers and tomatoes, and that it was all-you-can-eat anyway and we had no complaints. I was shocked by the tone and manner in which they spoke to us—disrespectful, unprofessional, and aggressive. No discount, thanks for the tuna sandwich.

UNACCEPTABLE Never again! We ordered three meals, and when we went to get some crudités, three-quarters of the items were no longer available. I pointed out that we should have been warned beforehand, because obviously we were going to pay the same price for almost empty sandwiches (this comment was made calmly, not arrogantly). One of the employees brushed us off, saying we should just cut them up ourselves. Plus, drinks were also unavailable. In short, not only was the behavior of one of the employees unacceptable, but there were also numerous issues because they supposedly didn't have time to cut the items. In short, I had already been several times, and one thing is for sure: I will never go back.

I received a very warm welcome, full of good cheer and humor from Marley.

I love the idea. Create your own sandwich with the ingredients you want... awesome!!! I highly recommend it!!!

We've been going to the Subway at Prado every Friday for over a year now, and we've always been very satisfied! It's excellent and very friendly. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. It's very clean. Go without hesitation!
