Patapain

I visit this place occasionally, but it's always a pleasure to go there.

The service at Patàpain this morning was frankly shameful. The saleswoman was extremely unpleasant and haughty. I had forgotten to pay for a drink SHE had given me, and instead of speaking to me normally, she had the nerve to talk to me like I was a thief in front of all the other customers. She gave me a contemptuous look, an aggressive tone, and showed absolutely no politeness or professionalism. There's a way to speak to people, especially regular customers. This kind of behavior gives the establishment a terrible image. If some of the saleswomen can't stand interacting with customers, perhaps they should consider changing careers.

Super welcoming

The cleaning needs to be redone; the velvet armchairs are stained and uninviting, and the tables haven't been cleaned either. Please take the necessary steps; it's the least you can do.
