I am very disappointed with my experience. The welcome was cold, even frosty, and the service lacked professionalism. When you order by phone, you expect your order to be ready upon arrival, but unfortunately, that's not the case. The posted hours don't seem reliable. The establishment is frequently closed when it's supposed to be open, and the hours seem to change at will. This is very frustrating for customers who make the trip for nothing. Another point that particularly bothered me: the kitchen staff took it upon themselves to make remarks to customers in Arabic. You shouldn't assume that customers don't understand the language. This type of behavior is disrespectful and has no place in a business. Finally, orders regularly contain errors, and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment.

They don't respect the opening hours, so you never know what time you can order. Otherwise, the restaurant is okay. I TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID. I went there today and ordered a tenders wrap. The tenders had no taste, not even the sauce. It was full of lettuce; there wasn't even any cheddar or tomatoes. And the fries... I won't even mention them. They were already unpleasant on the phone. I'm disappointed and won't be going back, even though I'm a regular.

The opening hours are never respected; they're only open half a week. The hygiene is deplorable; to top it off, at one point the waiter wiped his forehead on the paper before serving me. The person who handles the cash register and cooks could be a bit more pleasant with customers, and when you ask them to refill the sauce on your tray, they grumble a bit, so frankly, I won't be going back there.

Quite frankly, the experience was disappointing. - Kebab dripping with grease! - Wrap with a tiny bit of meat, but filled with fries. - Single-serve sauce packet, tasteless! - Generous portion of fries (the only positive point).

The front-of-house staff (the man who cooks and takes the cash register) could be more pleasant to customers and stop talking to them as if they owe them something. If you're looking for respect, this place is the one to avoid. We waited over 15 minutes for two portions of fries, and he told us, "If you're in a hurry, there's no point in staying." That's not how you treat customers.

Avoid at all costs! They messed up the order (the pizza was completely different), admitted their mistake on the first call, but blamed us on the second. They didn't even offer any compensation. Absolutely no customer service skills.
