I ordered three "pizzas" today. The dough was nothing like pizza dough, it tasted awful; you'd have to be really hungry to eat it. There were no toppings, and they weren't cooked properly—all the pizzas were overcooked. It's a shame because 23 Pizza Street makes good pizzas in person. However, I don't recommend the vending machine, especially since the pizzas are almost the same price as ordering directly. Very expensive for such poor quality.

Never disappointed except for that one time when we ordered a Nordic and the machine gave us a honey goat cheese... Good nonetheless, but not the one we were expecting...

I ordered two pizzas and the dough was really undercooked and the cheese wasn't mozzarella, or it was very poor quality. I definitely don't recommend it.

A truly bizarre experience, from start to finish. On January 30, 2026, I used this vending machine: payment was accepted without a hitch, but getting the food out was a different story. The dispenser was practically jammed (but apparently, you have to "really push"... so I guess the problem is me?). I couldn't get the can out properly. So, since I couldn't manage it, I grabbed a Bounty bar, thinking that might "unjam" the dispenser and allow me to get everything out normally... Result: I was charged an extra €1.50, and the Bounty bar never came out. I finally managed to get the can out after struggling and forcing it. But what's truly unbelievable is the manager's response. In short: -If the hatch doesn't open, it's because of the cold and humidity... so I have to force it. -If the product doesn't fall out, it's probably because another customer used it after me, because after payment, if it doesn't fall out, there's still credit on the device. So, a defective machine, but the responsibility still falls on the customer. Impressive. The manager then offers me a refund and asks for my bank details. At this point, I think to myself, there's at least a modicum of professionalism. Spoiler alert: no. Three follow-ups later: total silence. No refund, no response, nothing. Managing to be this unreliable for such a ridiculously small amount says a lot about the rest... Avoid this place, unless you enjoy paying for products you won't receive, only to find out it's partly your fault.
